Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For an order containing several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item in the order.
Some of our standard catalogue products are produced only after you place an order. For the fixed-design standard products currently offered, production after ordering does not by itself exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions may apply to products that are genuinely made to a consumer's individual specifications, clearly personalised, or otherwise covered by a statutory exception; where relevant, this will be stated for the affected product.

After you confirm the electronic withdrawal, an acknowledgement of receipt is sent without delay on a durable medium, such as email, containing information about the withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the ordinary statutory right of withdrawal.
Important: A sender or “return to sender” address printed on the original parcel or shipping label may belong to our fulfilment provider's carrier/logistics process for undeliverable shipments. Do not use that address for a customer-initiated withdrawal return. Follow these return instructions and send the goods to the Berlin address above.
Handling and diminished value
You are liable for diminished value only where the loss in value results from handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Handling that is reasonably necessary for inspection does not by itself create liability for diminished value. For clothing, this will generally include trying the item on for fit, provided the handling does not go beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Size changes
We do not offer an additional free size-exchange service beyond statutory rights. If you ordered the wrong size and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can withdraw from the original purchase and place a new order for the desired size.
There is no restocking fee for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect goods
Statutory conformity and defect rights are separate from the right of withdrawal.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact shop@knowdrugs.app.
Where possible, include your order number and clear photographs. This helps us resolve the matter quickly with our fulfilment provider.
The request for prompt contact and supporting information does not limit any statutory rights you have under the law applicable to your purchase. Printful's internal merchant claim deadlines do not shorten your statutory rights against us as the seller.
